This painting was inspired by a talk show on CBC Radio about how important animals are in First Nations culture - especially in passing down stories from one generation to the next. In the painting the elders are retelling their stories to the younger generation. As the words are spoken they transform into the animals represented in each story. The painting measures 4 feet x 7 feet.
